A Showroom Display Area that Makes $ense
Posted on January 29, 2010

Your showroom is a powerful selling tool. People definitely buy what they see, which means you should strive to put your very best (and profitable) foot forward in its design. The catch is, many shops don’t have a lot of square footage to devote to displays. Ditto for your dealer customers.

I’m of the opinion that every showroom should have at least a couple sample kitchens to help customers visualize what they could have in their own homes. But, if yours is like most fabrication shops today, your product offering has diversified into several decorative surfacing options, plus sinks, faucets and other accessories. It doesn’t matter how much square footage you have, there is almost never enough space to show everything.
