• Your company tagged on social media sponsorship posts. 

By purchasing the Industry Mixer sponsorship, you agree to the following:

• The benefits of the Industry Mixer sponsorship are as outlined above. 
• Sponsorships are non-refundable.
• ISFA will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Sponsor due to event cancellation, delays, or changes beyond the Organizer's control.
• Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement confidential unless required by law to disclose such information.
• All information is subject to change at ISFA's discretion. 

• IMPORTANT: Sponsorship must be paid in full to receive the promo code for attendee registrations and to secure your Expo Gallery table. Your table may be released if payment is not received by Friday, October 10.
• Payment of sponsorship confirms your agreement to the Terms and Conditions for Exhibiting at the 2025 ISFA Annual Conference. By submitting payment, you also agree to provide proof of insurance as required for exhibiting and to abide by ISFA’s Code of Ethics.

• To maintain a professional and secure environment, soliciting or selling by individuals or organizations who are not registered exhibitors or official sponsors is strictly prohibited at this event. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing promotional materials, product demonstrations, or any direct sales activities. Anyone violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises without a refund or further access to the event.
