She has a strong background in planning and managing large-scale conventions to educational workshops, with a focus on creating experiences that are both seamless and impactful. Known for her collaborative and thoughtful approach, Mikaela enjoys building strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders while keeping every detail organized behind the scenes. Previous work experience includes the Virginia School Boards Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she supported a wide range of events and initiatives.

Mikaela holds a degree in Tourism and Event Management from George Mason University and is always excited by the opportunity to bring new ideas and creativity to her work.
