The Executive Director, Region 9 serves as the senior regional leader and public-facing 
representative of the International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) across the 
Western United States and U.S. Pacific Territories. This role is responsible for advancing 
ISFA’s mission to help countertop and surface fabricators learn, work safe, and grow, while 
executing regional strategies aligned with ISFA’s 2026–2028 Strategic Framework.

This position plays a critical leadership role in launching and piloting the Guidelines for 
Fabrication Contractors and Shop Licensing, expanding membership, strengthening safety 
and workforce programs, and representing ISFA with government agencies, regulators, 
alliance partners, and industry stakeholders. The Executive Director acts as a connector—
bringing together fabricators, suppliers, educators, and policymakers—to build a stronger, 
safer, and more professional trade. 

Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is required to ensure inclusive engagement and effective delivery of programs across the country.

The Chief Brand Officer (CBO) is responsible for defining, protecting, and advancing the brand of the International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) and strengthening how the countertop and surface fabrication industry is represented to members, partners, policymakers, and the public.

This executive-level role leads to the development and execution of ISFA’s brand, communications, marketing, and messaging strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms, programs, and initiatives The CBO provides strategic oversight of marketing and sales alignment, publications, digital platforms, advertising, and all external and internal communications, while coaching staff and leaders to ensure messaging aligns with ISFA’s brand, values, and industry practices.

The Meeting & Events Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the association’s annual meeting, virtual events, regional events, and participation in external industry conferences and trade shows. This role manages all logistics — including venue selection, vendor management, speaker coordination, A/V, housing, transportation, and onsite support — to ensure professional, high-value event experiences aligned with organizational goals.

The Meeting & Events Administrator works cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and education/program leaders to support sponsor activities, program delivery, and member engagement. This position also works closely with the Education, Training & Workforce Development Committee to ensure programming aligns with industry-defined needs and priorities.

The Safety, Regulatory & Compliance Manager leads the association’s safety, standards, and regulatory initiatives to improve and protect the health, well-being, and long-term sustainability of the countertop and surface fabrication industry. This role will oversee the development of industry standards, advancement of the association’s ANSI developer accreditation, the creation and implementation of a shop accreditation program, and the development of safety training and compliance programs for fabricators.

This individual will work collaboratively with operations, marketing, sales, and volunteer committees to ensure alignment and advancement of education, advocacy, and workforce development priorities. The Manager will serve as the staff lead to the Safety & Regulatory Committee, guiding stakeholder engagement, consensus development, and technical advisory input.
