To maintain a professional and secure environment, soliciting or selling by individuals or organizations who are not registered exhibitors or official sponsors is strictly prohibited at this event. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution of promotional materials, product demonstrations, or any direct sales activities.

Anyone found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the premises without a refund or further access to the event.
