8:30 am – 9:15 am	Discussion Topic: Using Automation to Tackle Labor Issues Fewer skilled workers entering the trades, coupled with low unemployment and an aging skilled workforce are making business growth challenging. Automation investments will be discussed as an alternative, along with ideas for hiring and retaining top talent to overcome the shortfall. Tony Herbst from Park Industries will lead this discussion.
