Event Policy

ISFA hopes everyone who registers for our events/trainings will be able to attend; however, ISFA knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The ISFA cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ISFA. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:

  • More than 30 days before the event: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a $50 processing fee.
  • 30 days to 10 days before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Less than 10 days before the event: No refunds will be given.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds. Substitutions may be permitted—please get in touch with us for details.

If ISFA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ISFA will refund registration fees. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather, natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, health outbreaks, and/or presenter absence.

ISFA does not assume any responsibility for additional expenses registrants may incur, including travel and accommodations.
