Regional Countertop and Surfaces Summit: Porcelain 101 Fabrication Training hosted in Worcester, MA

Attendees will move through the full porcelain fabrication process—from material handling and inspection to cutting, fabrication, installation, and finishing. The training will cover water jet and bridge saw cutting techniques, feed rates, blade selection, sink cutouts, mitering and seaming, adhesives, and real-world installation applications.

Every participant will gain hands-on experience working through key applications, including:

• Porcelain cutting with proper feed rates and tension release techniques
• Sink cutouts, L-shapes, corners, and overhang fabrication
• Miter cutting and seaming methods
• Adhesive application for interior and exterior use (including live demo)
• Countertop, sink, and shower installation best practices
• Polishing, finishing, and edge work
• Chip and scratch repair techniques
• Cleaning and long-term maintenance

Join us August 5th for a full day of training starting at 8:00 am. This training gives fabricators real-world experience they can take straight back to the shop. Whether you’re building foundational skills or tightening up your process, this course strengthens quality, consistency, and confidence on the floor.

This 100% hands-on, 1-day training program is designed for fabricators who want to sharpen their skills and work directly with porcelain material while learning proper techniques, tooling, safety practices, and manufacturer warranty guidelines. You won’t just watch. You’ll build.

Session Completion
Active participants who complete the project with a satisfactory result will receive a certificate of completion.
