Solid Surface 101 Fabrication Training hosted in Farmington, NY

Hands-on training for safe, precise solid surface fabrication & techniques.

Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 AM (PDT) to Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM (PDT)

Attendees will move through the full fabrication process—from start to finish—covering layout, templating, seaming, support, edges, cutouts, backsplashes, sanding, finishing, and installation. Every participant will complete a full vanity application that includes:

  • Integral bowl sink
  • Two built-up edge profiles
  • Stacked edge with inside corner radius
  • Coved backsplash
  • Set-on style backsplash
  • Repairs

March 10, Day 1 | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Templating, layout, seaming, support, Stacked Edge with Inside Corner Radius, cutouts, covered backsplash, and repair techniques.

March 11, Day 2 | 8:00 AM – Noon
Vanity assembly, integral sink bowl installation, drop edge, sanding, and finishing.

This training gives fabricators real-world experience they can take straight back to the shop. Whether you’re building foundational skills or tightening up your process, this course strengthens quality, consistency, and confidence on the floor.

This 100% hands-on, 1.5-day training program is designed for fabricators who want to sharpen their skills and work directly with solid surface material while learning proper techniques, tooling, safety practices, and manufacturer warranty guidelines. You won’t just watch. You’ll build.

Session Completion
Active participants who complete the project with a satisfactory result will receive a certificate of completion.
