Working Together for a Stronger Future

One of the greatest strengths of the surface fabrication industry has always been its willingness to collaborate. Whether it's sharing ideas, mentoring the next generation, or working together to solve industry challenges, our success has never been built by one company alone—it has been built by a community.

Serving alongside the International Surface Fabricators Association has reinforced that belief for me. Through ISFA, I've had the opportunity to build relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and industry leaders who are all committed to strengthening our industry. Those conversations and shared experiences have challenged my thinking, helped me grow as a business owner, and continually reminded me of the value of working together toward common goals.

Organizations like ISFA play an essential role in bringing our industry together. They create opportunities to address emerging challenges, advocate for the future of fabrication, develop future leaders, and provide the education and resources our businesses need to thrive. These efforts don't happen on their own—they require individuals who are willing to invest their time, share their knowledge, and support the industry's future.

Throughout my career, I've benefited from learning alongside other industry leaders. Those relationships have strengthened both my business and my appreciation for collaboration. When we share our experiences and support one another, we create opportunities that benefit every fabricator, supplier, and manufacturer across our industry.

Giving back doesn't always mean making a financial contribution. It can be as simple as volunteering, mentoring a fellow fabricator, serving on a committee, advocating for our industry, or sharing your expertise with others. Every contribution—large or small—helps strengthen ISFA and, in turn, strengthens the industry we all rely on.

As we continue moving forward, I encourage every member to find a way to get involved. Together, we can leave this industry stronger than we found it and ensure the next generation of fabricators has the same opportunities we've had to learn, grow, and succeed. After all, when we invest in our industry, we're investing in the people and businesses that will carry it into the future.
