Hands-On Learning in Manassas: ISFA Solid Surface Training Recap
Hands-On Learning in Manassas: ISFA Solid Surface Training Recap
Last week, ISFA headed to Manassas, Virginia, for another round of hands-on Solid Surface Fabrication Training! Hosted by Ellis Page Company, LLC, October 6–7, the training brought fabricators together for two days of learning, skill-building and practical experience.
Led by ISFA Chief of Education Aaron Davis, the training gave participants an opportunity to work directly with solid surface materials while learning techniques they can take back to their own shops.
Throughout the course, attendees worked on a hands-on vanity project, practicing essential fabrication techniques such as creating an integral sink, installing a drop edge, adding a backsplash and achieving a professional finish.
One of the best parts of these training courses is the opportunity to learn by doing. Participants can ask questions, work through challenges and gain confidence in techniques that help improve their everyday fabrication work.
Beyond the technical skills, ISFA training also creates opportunities for fabricators to connect, share experiences and learn from one another. Whether someone is new to solid surface fabrication or looking to sharpen their skills, there is always something valuable to take away.
A big thank-you to Ellis Page Company, LLC, for hosting us in Manassas, to Aaron Davis for leading the training and to everyone who joined us! We appreciate your commitment to continuing education and quality craftsmanship.
